I had a delightful stay at the hotel. The rooms were beautifully appointed with excellent bedding and many conveniences, but noise from 'The Pub' below was a downside. The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience.
My stay at the hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. The location was fantastic, allowing me to walk to many great spots, and the view of the bay was gorgeous from our 2-bedroom apartment. However, the rooms were below a noisy pub, making it hard to sleep due to the thumping music and late-night cleanup noise. On the bright side, the staff was very attentive and professional.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, finding the rooms very comfortable and equipped with many extra amenities. The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to ensure our needs were met, although there was a small issue with one member initially. The location was perfect for exploring the city, offering a unique setting in a converted chocolate factory, away from the busy downtown area but close to tourist attractions. The dining options were good, although a bit limited, and the overall facilities were convenient and well-maintained.
